Single Grain Whisky: Grains from our BIO farm and field in Biberbach, Austria. Malted in our own very own malting house using crystal clear water from family springs which are filtered through lime stone. Matured in Red wine barrel.
Our schlägler Rye’s nose is full of honey, vanilla and golden straw facets with a taste so soft and complex. A whisky worthy of our family name, Farthofer.
