A real feast: Sliced meat with onions in a creamy sauce with a fine honey-mustard flavour.
PREPARATION:
400 g shredded pork, beef or turkey, 2 red onions and 75 g crème fraîche or Rama Cremefine to use like crème fraîche.
- Peel the onions and cut into thin strips. Fry the cutlets in a little hot oil (e.g. Mazola) over a high heat. Add the onions and fry.
- Add 300 ml cold water, stir in the contents of the sachet and bring to the boil while stirring. Cook over low heat for about 1 minute
- Add the crème fraîche and bring to the boil briefly.
