Whole wheat flour (31%), sugar, vegetable fats (palm, palm kernel, coconut, sunflower in variable proportions by weight), wheat starch, low fat cocoa powder (5.5%), crushed whole oats(3.5%), wheat flour, glucose syrup, wheat bran, raising agents (ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), lactose, barley malt extract, salt, emulsifier (lecithins), skimmed milk powder, flavouring, whey product, acidity regulator (sodium carbonate).
